Day 01:

Arrival Jammu & Drive to Katra

On arrival at Katra, meet our representative heartily greets you and assists you to transfer you to the Hotel.

Day 02:

Katra - Darshan (No Car)

After freshen-up and rest, proceed for Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan.
One of the most popular pilgrimages of India situated in the lap of Trikuta mountains across Katra town, at an altitude of around 5200 feet.
Yatra involves a trek of nearly 14 Kms from base camp at Katra known as Ban Ganga. Alternate way to perform darshans is by battery operated cars, Ponies/Palkis/ Helicopter at your own.
If time permits, visit Bhairo Temple, now you can go by ropeway from Vaishno Devi Bhavan to Bhairon temple.
Return back to the hotel in Katra. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 03:

Katra to Pahalgam (220 Kms/ Approx. 06-07 Hour Drive)

Early in the morning After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel.
Drive to Pahalgam. Located at 2,133 mts, it is also known as ‘The valley of Shepherds’ or ‘Trekker's Paradise’. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry.
Enroute visit the Saffron Fields & Awantipur ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lots of rice fields.
In Pahalgam one can have a horse ride and can visit Baisaran, Baadyan & Kashmir valley (at your own cost).
Check-in Into Hotel in Pahalgam.
Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Note: In Pahalgam outside vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing. Only local taxis can roam around within Pahalgam city. All outside vehicles will pick up & drop from Hotel

Day 04:

In Pahalgam

After Breakfast, Explore the City of Pahalgam.
An excursion trip to Chandanwadi (on your own), the starting point of Amarnath Yatra & Betab valley (on your own). Located on the way to Chandanwari, the valley was named Betaab after the Bollywood movie by the same name! Earlier known as Hajan Valley, after the release of the movie, it was renamed, as a major part of the movie was shot here.
Post lunch (on your own) or as time permits, proceed for a trip to Aru Valley (on your own). Aru Valley is a tourist spot located about 11 km from Pahalgam. Noted for its scenic meadows, and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolahoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. The village lies on the left bank of the Aru river, which is a tributary of the Lidder river.

Day 05:

Pahalgam to Srinagar + Local Day Sightseeing

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Srinagar.
Check into Hotel. After freshen up, visit the voyage through the renowned Mughal Garden. You will visit “Nishat” (Garden of Pleasure) & “Shalimar” (Sheesh Mahal)
Later check in at Super Deluxe houseboat, freshen up and relax at the luxury of the royal hospitality.
In the evening enjoy Shikara ride on Dal Lake and witness the marvel of nature that is beyond visual and verbal descriptions.
The Sun-set view from the Shikara will engulf your heart and leave your spell bound.
Later enjoy the welcome dinner and overnight stay in the Houseboat.

Day 06:

Srinagar - Day Excursions to Gulmarg (Approx. 50 Kms / 1Â½ Hrs.)

After Breakfast, Early morning Check Out from the houseboat and proceed to Gulmarg.
Driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows.
Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees.
Stroll leisurely or take pony rides (by your own payment) across the green meadow to one of the world's highest Golf Courses.
A must is a fun-filled ride in the Gondola lift (by your own payment).
Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable.
Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07:

Srinagar - Day Excursion To Sonamarg (Approx. 85 Kms / 2 Hrs.)

After Breakfast, today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’ Sonamarg.
The fast-flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and Mahseer fishing in summer.
You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment).
Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.
Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at Sonamarg car stand. To reach the glaciers, you can hire ponies on your own payment basis.

Day 08:

Departure from Srinagar

Tour concludes. Thanks, you for your patronage and ensures a punctual transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for your onward Destination.

Payment Policy:

50% advance at the time of booking confirmation
50% balance 07 days prior to the travel date.
In case the booking is made within 07 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

16 Days or more prior to the date of arrival – 15% of the total bill will be charged.
15 Days prior to the date of arrival- 25% of the total bill will be charged.
07 Days prior to the date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged
07 Days less than the date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged
Cancellation of some particular hotels is different from the above. The cancellation policy of those hotels will apply over & above the package cancellation, whichever is higher

We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.

Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable to the travelers.

Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on the usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise the supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost
No Cars are allowed to move inside Gulmarg area, due to the issue of horse owner’s association.
We are not responsible for any local dealing of clients with Local market vendors or pony wala’s or Local guide in Gulmarg.
Shikara ride is for a 01-hour ride as per package, if it is included in the package.
Advise your client to travel as per itinerary and on the last day we count as drop only, if the client does any sightseeing on the last day, it will be extra.
If it is about disposal, the car will be on disposal from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm with 1 place sightseeing.
If there is a night stay in Gulmarg then the car will drop the client at the Hotel and if there is a day trip the car will drop the client at the parking.
Kindly Note: Clients / Guests have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points.
In Pahalgam: Horse Riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Baisaran Valley
In Gulmarg: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity.
In Sonamarg: Thajiwas Glacier, Horse Riding & Zero Point.
Guests can book the taxi/ ponies / gondolas at the particular place

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best services possible & make your holiday a memorable, however infrastructure in Ladakh is not the greatest but landscape outweighs everything else.
Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks/ hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation etc.

Must Know:

Network will not be available in any outside states prepaid sim card in Srinagar (total Jammu & Kashmir). Only post-paid
Connection will have the network. If you have only a prepaid sim card in your mobile, then you have to issue a local sim card in Srinagar by submitting identity proofs.
If you are leaving Srinagar by air, please note that it will take at least 1/1.5 hour extra time for check-in, as Srinagar Airport will have 2-3 rounds of extra check in. Even after check-in you have to go and identify your luggage, then only luggage will be transferred to airbus.
Don’t panic after seeing an armed man standing roadside or knowing about any forthcoming curfew/Bandh. For Tourist it is mostly safe, the local people, Police, Army people all are very helpful
